This is a customized BLAST UI derived in part from the BLAST UI at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Genome list is updated daily to reflect all newly sequenced genomes. Processing of your BLAST jobs are diverted to the BLAST servers at NCBI to ensure that reports are based on the most recent publicly available data.
